Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original eco-friendly packaging and securely seal the box or mailer.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
